When running their own sandwich shops, Danny and Jacqui became frustrated with the range of poor, inconsistent products that were available and decided to start manufacturing their own sandwich fillings. Thus the incredible range was created.
With first hand knowledge they knew they needed to make a sandwich filling packed full of flavour that is fresh, quick and easy to use.
30 years later and the brand has gone from strength to strength. By working with our customers and experimenting with different flavour combinations we are constantly trying to provide something new and exciting.
Quality & consistency is the main aim with everything we manufacture and that doesn’t stop with the incredible range.

Apotta Pasta
Fresh Range
The Apotta range has evolved over 10 years with Danny looking to create a line of products that are convenient to the catering industry but with the taste and quality to keep customers returning again and again.
Our range of fresh tomato based mixes are packed with flavour and are ready to serve hot or cold upon delivery. As well as our mayo based range ready to portion and serve in your supplied pots. Priced competitively this range is a must try for outlets looking to add something new to their menu without too much added work.

Tray Bakes – Coming soon !!!
Taking the range a step further, our tray bake range is being developed to incorporate rice as well as pasta. Profit is key, and with this in mind we will absorb the labour intensive process and offer you fantastic hand made products that are as good as being home made by you.
Our classic pasta tray bakes will be available in traditional and new flavours, some smothered with cheese, some more rustic, but all great tasting and ready to go as soon as delivered.
The rice bake burrito range has evolved following customer feedback. With many being unable to source burrito fillings we have decided to manufacture these ourselves.
Both the pasta and burrito range will be delivered in an oven ready container ready to be heated up and served in our Apotta pots with our without wraps.
